She is a Senior Partners of Andajani & Partners. She graduated from Faculty of Law Trisakti University in 1991 and attended law course at the University of Technology Sydney, NSW in 1993.
With extensive prior experience in corporate and commercial transactions across a broad range of industries, she has been involved in various transactions, national and international transaction for more than three decades. She has experience in Banking & Finance, Corporate/Merger & Acquisition (M&A), Foreign Investment, General Mining, Telecommunication Infrastructure, Manufacturing Sectors, Commercial Dispute and Litigation.
She is a member of Indonesian Advocate Association (PERADI), Himpunan Konsultan Hukum Sektor Keuangan (HKHSK) and Indonesian Legal Auditor Association (ASAHI) and Medical and Health Legal Consultants Association (PKHMK). In addition to her professional activities, she was a lecture in Institute of Economics Science in Jakarta.

Ferry started his career as an advocate at the well-known lawyer's office O.C Kaligis Law Firm, and later in the Tax and Legal Group section of the Prasetio Utomo Consulting Office (Arthur Andersen - Jakarta).
His areas of practice include mergers and acquisitions, general corporate matters, banking and financing, and other cross-border investment and bonds restructuring, IPO, Telecommunication Infrastructure, Manufacturing Sectors, Commercial Dispute and Litigation, Licensing.
